SpellBound User Interface This is a screenshot of SpellBound in action that was sent to me by the first person to use SpellBound on Mac OS X. In case you are interested... the theme used in this screenshot is Noia 2.0 eXtreme by Kasteo.

Options Dialog The options dialog allows you to specify the background and text color for normal text and misspelled words. You can also choose to have misspelled words in bold, italic, and/or decorated with an underline (e.g. as shown above - the line color corresponds to the misspelled word color). The editor window's minimum height, whether words will be wrapped at the edge of the editor, and the selected dictionary can be specified here as well. The bottom of the options dialog provides a preview of how the editor will look when spell checking.

image of the spell check interface As of version 0.6.0 SpellBound is able to spell check rich text (e.g. WYSIWYG) web forms. Due to the underlying html in these types of forms it is not safe to perform text decorations (e.g. underlining, etc.) of misspelled words as shown in the first screenshot in that the underlying html would be modified.
